Bryg 61

Bryg 61 is our first commercial beer. It is named after the number of attempts it took before getting the recipe exactly right. It has become our signature beer, and one of the very few beers you can always expect to find in our bars as well as in the webshop.

It is a fruity and hazy New England IPA at 5.5% made primarily with Citra and Mosaic, with only very modest bitterness but high aroma of exotic fruits. Bryg 61 is delicious on a warm day or for anyone fancying a refreshing hazy IPA.
