Light Pillar

Light Pillar has been brewed with Citra, Ekuanot and Wai-ti hops. Comes in at 8%.

Light Pillar is part of our beer series Reflections consisting of New England IPAs. All beers in the series are based on the same malt profile but with a different hop composition. With the use of a new yeast strain that enhances esters production, the beers have been fermented at a slightly higher temperature. All of which provides more body and more of that exotic fruit aroma and taste to the beer.

The Reflections series is inspired by light and how light is reflected when it hits a surface. It changes direction and can result in various types of reflections - in the same way, hops impact beers in its own way, providing you with a unique experience every time. Each beer in the series has been given a name inspired by certain light phenomena.
