Kjøbenhavner Sour

This is an ÅBEN and Ølmand collaboration.

The inspiration for this beer is the classic Danish ice cream 'Københavnerstang'. It is a refreshing and tropical Berliner Weisse brewed with pineapple, vanilla, coconut, lime and a bit of spiced rum.
The berliner Weisse is kicking at 4,5 %.
