Peak Level

This is an ÅBEN and Fonden Voxhall's venue Atlas, in Aarhus, collaboration.

It is a fresh and fruity Berliner Weisse - a soured wheat beer with added fruits. In this one we added a mix of red berries including raspberries, black currants, black cherries and black berries - what we call a red berries explosion hitting in at 4.3%.

Peak Level was released on September 3rd 2020 - on the same day we opened our first bar in Aarhus, Denmark.
