Sort Stue

In 2019, ÅBEN took over Gustav Wieds - a unique and incredible bar in Roskilde, with a wide selection of craft beers and spirits. The lovely bar managers came to the brewery in Kolding to brew their very own beer - only sold at Gustav Wieds.

It turned into a dark and flavourful beer with the name Sort Stue (translated to dark livingroom) - encapsulating the authentic atmosphere of the bar. It is an Irish dry stout kicking in at 5.5%.
