New Moon

As new moon represents the start of a new lunar cycle, it also symbolises new beginnings. With the start of 2021 (and the hope of a different year) we wanted to mark the new year with a special beer. New Moon is a full-bodied oatmeal milk stout - dark as the night sky.

We wanted to make a stout that imitated the smoothness of drinking coffee. It turned out to be sweet and delicious to drink in pints, hitting 5.3%.
