Occulation BA. w. Maker's Mark Bourbon Whiskey

Our Occulation series all derive from a brew of Imperial stout which we did back in 2019. Since then we barrel aged half of that brew into 4 different oak barrels. This one was barrel aged in an old barrel where there used to be Maker's Mark Bourbon Whiskey, which provides the beer with a very special aroma.

Occulation has been barrel aged for 274 days across 9 month and hits 10.5%.
