Group Reservation for the Bar
For groups of 6 or more, we offer the option to reserve a table for drinks in the bar. Please see the available time slots and pricing options below:
Time Slots (available every day of the week):
16:00 - 17:50
18:00 - 19:50
20:00 - 22:00
Pricing:
6-10 people: DKK 1200
(includes 3 pitchers of ÅBEN draft beer)
10-20 people: DKK 2000
(includes 5 pitchers of ÅBEN draft beer)
20-40 people: DKK 4000
(includes 10 pitchers of ÅBEN draft beer)
All prices include VAT.
To make a group reservation, please send us an email at bar@aabenbryg.dk, specifying which time slot you would like to book and the number of guests. You will receive a payment link via our booking system, Easy Table Booking.
The reservation is confirmed once payment is completed.
Please be aware that cancellations made within 24 hours of your arrival time are non-refundable.
Outdoor table reservations are not available.
The Large Company
Depending on the size of your group and preferences, your event can be hosted in different areas of the brewery. One option is our long table area, which accommodates up to 60 seated guests.
Food Options:
If your event includes dinner, we offer sharing-style menus starting at DKK 450 per person. If you're looking for lighter fare or snacks, we can also accommodate this request.
Bar Options:
Free Bar: When food is included in your event, we can offer a free bar with beer and non-alcoholic beverages during dinner (2.5 hours from your agreed arrival time).
Price: DKK 415 per person.
Beer Pairing: We offer a beer pairing to complement the sharing menu. You will be served 4 beers during dinner: Cascade Wild Ale, ÅBEN House Lager, ÅBEN House Ale, and ÅBEN House Sour.
Price: DKK 250 per person (includes still and sparkling water).
