It’s about more than beer - it’s about people. ÅBEN is looking for an Office Coordinator to help keep things running smoothly, ensuring both the team and the office are taken care of.

This is a hands-on role where you will be the go-to person for everything from coordinating office space viewings to ensuring the coffee is brewing and handling ad hoc requests from colleagues and external contacts. This is a role for someone who likes keeping things organized, enjoys helping others, thrives in coordinating internal events and isn’t afraid to jump into different tasks throughout the day.

About the role

You will take on a diverse range of responsibilities, including:

  • Office coordination - scheduling and managing viewings for startups interested in renting office space, handling inquiries, and keeping things organized.

  • Daily operations - restocking essentials, and making sure the office is a welcoming space for everyone. It’s your responsibility that lunch is served everyday and that the kitchen is kept neat at all times. You will have an assistant to support on the daily execution of this.

  • People support - support the Head of People & Culture with administrative People-related tasks, such as updating employee handbooks, creating employment contracts and helping coordinate employee engagement surveys and recruitment activities.

  • Building community - help strengthen ÅBEN’s culture by organizing social activities that bring colleagues together across teams and locations, incl. our annual Christmas party for all employees.

  • Ad hoc coordination - being the point of contact for external requests and making sure inquiries go to the right person.

About you

ÅBEN is looking for someone who enjoys keeping things structured and running smoothly - whether you are just starting out or bringing experience from a similar role, it’s your mindset and approach that matter most. We are looking for a person who:

  • Enjoys helping people and making sure things run smoothly

  • Doesn’t mind rolling up your sleeves, whether it is related to handling admin work, taking care of the office plants, making sure there is fresh coffee, and finding solutions to daily challenges

  • Is comfortable communicating in both Danish and English

  • Is quick to adapt when plans change

This is a full-time position based in Kødbyen, Copenhagen in the office space right above ÅBEN’s brewery.
