Indian Summer

Indian Summer is a New England IPA made in celebration of the extremely long and hot summer Denmark experienced in 2018. This beer is as refreshing as a beer should be during these warm days.

It is brewed with Citra and Simcoe, both Cryo, which enhances the hop profile of this NEIPA. It has been mashed at a high temperatures and to further create a full and complete mouthfeel lactose was added. Kicks in at 6.2%.
