The Ray of Winter Sunshine

For the cold winter season, we brewed a fruity yet moderately bitter IPA with Simcoe and Mosaic. It is as bright as the winter sun (when it is out), hence the name The Ray of Winter Sunshine. It is more crisp and more bitter than our other IPA's.
