Our Christmas beer for 2018 was Felix Dies Nativitatis - a dark and full-bodied IPA with 6.0%. Caramel malts dominate the flavor and it is supplemented by significant amounts of bitter hops and juniper. It is slightly bitter with subtle notes of juniper, and very suitable for a classic Christmas dinner with duck or roasted apples.
