Let Winter Come

Our first attempt of a Black IPA. It is a full-bodied yet refreshing IPA with moderate bitterness and toasted characters from the roast malt. We used Cryo Amarillo to add some fresh hop character to the beer.

A seasonal beer made to enjoy inside during the long Winter nights in front of the fireplace. Kicks in at 6.2%.
