The Tank Bar is Open!

We are excited to let you know that the tank bar inside the new ÅBEN Brewery is finally open. The bar features 16 taps and the beer is flowing directly from the brewery into the 14 tanks hanging from the ceiling, and straight into your glass.

Beer does not get any fresher than that.

You might have noticed that we haven’t celebrated with a big opening party yet, but don’t worry. The plans for the official opening day is already in motion and you will get a special invitation as soon as the program is ready.

Until the official opening party you are still invited to come down to the brewery and see the new tank bar, and of course try the beers. You can find the opening hours here..

Arkitekturens Dag ‘Tour & Tasting’

If you wish to get a deeper insight into the ÅBEN Brewery you are invited to join Arkitekturens Dag 'Tour & Tasting' on Sunday, October 2.

The architect behind the brewery, Søren Pihlmann, and founder of ÅBEN, Philip Hulgaard, will host a very special tour and tasting at the new ÅBEN Brewery where attendees get a tour of the brewery and a tasting with a selection of ÅBEN beers.

On the day you can also watch a very special screening of a new documentary about the transformation of the ÅBEN Brewery, from an empty building to how the brewery looks today.
